This role includes handling inbound calls and warm leads, ensuring a consultative approach to address customer needs accurately and effectively. Liberty Mutual offers competitive compensation that starts at a base salary of $45,000 annually, with the potential to earn between $55,000 and $75,000 through commissions and bonuses. Top-performing agents may exceed $85,000 in earnings after their second year.

Employees in this role enjoy a broad range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance from day one, paid licensing and training, flexible work schedules, a strong work-life balance, and opportunities for rewards and recognition. Liberty Mutual values a diverse workforce and inclusive culture, supporting employees through professional development programs and employee resource groups to foster a workplace where individuals thrive and contribute meaningfully. Candidates must reside within specified states as outlined in the job posting and be prepared to work scheduled shifts including some weekend hours. Technology and equipment will be provided to support remote work.

This position suits candidates who exhibit positivity, determination, flexibility, and a persuasive personality, all attributes that cannot be taught but will be supported and rewarded at Liberty Mutual. Joining Liberty Mutual means aligning with a Fortune 100 company committed to integrity, growth, and excellence in customer service, opening the door to a fulfilling and lucrative career in insurance sales.
