Job Description

MPA is a leading Medicare agency operating in the United States, distinguished by its dedication to leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional experiences for both customers and agents. As a prominent player in the Medicare sales industry, MPA embraces a forward-thinking approach that combines innovative tools with comprehensive support, ensuring that agents are equipped for success. This company thrives on fostering an environment where professional fulfillment leads to superior customer satisfaction, acknowledging that happy, empowered sales agents are the cornerstone of their business model. By creating flexible and rewarding work opportunities, MPA advocates for the independence and growth of experienced Medicare sales agents who want to shape their careers on their own terms.

The role of an Independent Medicare Sales Agent at MPA is designed for licensed professionals who seek autonomy and a dynamic working environment compared to traditional corporate structures. In this 1099 contractor position, agents enjoy complete flexibility with no minimum hours requirement, allowing them to decide when and where they work. MPA supports its agents with premium tools, including an AI-enabled platform that streamlines workflow and minimizes administrative burdens, along with access to high-quality inbound warm leads that have been verified based on Medicare A&B criteria, zip codes, and Medicaid status.

Agents at MPA benefit from a competitive commission structure, featuring weekly direct deposits that reward high performance. The company is uniquely positioned for growth and prioritizes agent success, providing a professional atmosphere free from rigid schedules, forced overtime, and unrealistic targets. This role is ideal for agents who either want to focus on peak Medicare enrollment periods such as the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and Open Enrollment Period (OEP) or those interested in year-round engagement with growth opportunities.

MPA’s strategic investments in lead generation, advertising, and technology infrastructure underline its commitment to creating an agent-centric business model. Agents who join now will be positioned ahead of the critical September carrier release deadline, gearing up to maximize earnings during the most lucrative Medicare calendar periods. By joining MPA, independent Medicare sales agents become part of an innovative team that encourages personal and professional growth while maintaining the freedom intrinsic to independent contractor work.

This opportunity is particularly beneficial for both experienced and newer licensed Medicare agents who value independence, high-quality leads, and a better work-life balance without sacrificing income potential. MPA is also committed to supporting agents in complying with certification and licensing requirements, including assisting with obtaining errors and omissions insurance and additional non-resident state licenses during onboarding. MPA promotes a collaborative yet autonomous environment, making it a leading choice for Medicare sales professionals seeking to elevate their careers in a flexible and supportive setting.
