Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM seven days per week with flexible scheduling
- Minimum six months of customer service or sales experience
- Comfort working in a call center or retail environment
- Demonstrated caring and supportive nature
- Computer savvy and comfortable with desk-based work
- Results oriented and able to provide recommendations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service or sales experience
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and monitors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with consultative selling ability
- Ability to work under coaching and feedback
- Familiarity with retail or call center environments preferred
Job Duties
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls
- Identify customer needs through active listening to sell and cross-sell products
- Take a consultative approach with customers and close sales
- Use multiple computer systems to research products and pricing
- Create a "WOW" factor through exceptional communication and speed of service
- Participate in regular coaching sessions with supervisors
- Provide product recommendations and solutions confidently
