Customer Sales Representatives will be trained comprehensively to become experts in matching customers with the services they need, such as cable TV, Satellite TV, internet, and phone solutions. This ensures each customer’s unique requirements are understood and addressed with a consultative approach, making every interaction memorable and efficient.

In this position, employees engage in active listening to identify customer needs and cross-sell services that best fit those needs, exercising emotional intelligence to provide outstanding support. Besides handling inquiries and closing sales, representatives utilize multiple computer systems to research product details and pricing, delivering accurate and timely recommendations. Regular one-on-one coaching sessions with supervisors bolster performance through targeted feedback and guidance on key performance indicators, fostering continuous growth.

The Customer Sales Representative position is remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work comfortably from home. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM, 7 days per week with flexibility
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service or sales experience
  • Retail or call center experience preferred
  • Strong emotional intelligence and customer centric attitude
  • Comfortable with computer systems and working at a desk
  • Results oriented and able to recommend product solutions
  • Willingness to pass pre-employment tests, background checks, drug tests and interviews

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience or sales experience
  • Retail or call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable using multiple computer monitors and systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results oriented and able to provide customers with recommendations and solutions
  • Demonstrate a caring, supportive and friendly nature in every interaction

Job Duties

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls
  • Identify customer needs through active listening to sell and cross-sell products that meet customer needs for cable TV, Satellite TV, Internet, Phone and various other services
  • Take a consultative approach with customers already interested in our services and close the sale through our customer focused approach to each interaction
  • Use multiple computer systems to research products, services and price points that meet the needs of the customer
  • Create a WOW factor in every interaction through exceptional communication skills, taking ownership of the interaction and speed of service
  • Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions with your supervisor to ensure you meet key performance indicators
