The role of the remote concierge professional at VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is a vital position designed to support members by delivering timely and accurate service through various communication channels. The concierge acts as a primary touchpoint for members, tasked with processing change requests, addressing billing inquiries, and managing sensitive and confidential member information with the utmost discretion. This fully remote position requires exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively without direct supervision. Working during peak club hours, including weekends, the concierge must demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and a genuine commitment to member satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
  • availability to work during peak club hours including weekends
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • detail-oriented and resourceful

Job Duties

  • Manage concierge queue emails
  • process all online member add-on requests
  • process all online member removal requests
  • process all online upgrade/downgrade requests
  • process other membership forms as assigned
  • process refunds following provided guidelines
  • work closely with Member Account Representative to resolve monthly billing issues
  • answer phone calls and assist members with their needs
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
