  • 1+ years of freight brokerage/transportation logistics sales experience
  • Hunter mentality for uncovering new business
  • Willingness to make high volume calls and emails
  • Ability to develop a creative approach to overcoming obstacles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platform

Job Duties

  • Conduct 100+ daily outreach activities including calls and emails
  • Build new customer relationships through lead follow-up and cold outreach
  • Sell domestic and international freight solutions across all modes
  • Identify client logistics needs and create tailored solutions
  • Manage CRM to track all sales activities and follow-ups
  • Achieve margin targets by bringing loads to market quickly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff to operations
