- 1+ years of freight brokerage/transportation logistics sales experience
- Hunter mentality for uncovering new business
- Willingness to make high volume calls and emails
- Ability to develop a creative approach to overcoming obstacles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platform

Job Duties
- Conduct 100+ daily outreach activities including calls and emails
- Build new customer relationships through lead follow-up and cold outreach
- Sell domestic and international freight solutions across all modes
- Identify client logistics needs and create tailored solutions
- Manage CRM to track all sales activities and follow-ups
- Achieve margin targets by bringing loads to market quickly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff to operations
