The Relief Housekeeping Supervisor - Temporary position within Beverly Wilshire presents a unique opportunity to join a world-class team committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence in a luxury environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the hotel’s guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Four Seasons' exacting standards. As a temporary, flexible floater position, the Relief Housekeeping Supervisor supports housekeeping operations through leadership, coaching, and direct supervision while adapting to varying shifts and days off, primarily Wednesdays and Thursdays, although these are not guaranteed. The anticipated end date for this temporary role is early 2027, with potential for extension depending on operational needs.
This supervisory role entails overseeing the work of room attendants and house attendants by inspecting their cleaning efforts, providing immediate feedback, and coordinating maintenance requests. The supervisor is also responsible for scheduling and monitoring daily assignments and ensuring areas such as linen closets and corridors are properly stocked and maintained. Job Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related supervisory role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to follow safety and operational procedures accurately
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience preferred, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Inspect the work of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the hotel to ensure Four Seasons standards are consistently achieved
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping employees to ensure quality, productivity, and service expectations are met
- Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments and monitor each employee’s progress throughout the shift
- Inspect completed guest rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for guest arrival
- Address deficiencies by providing immediate feedback and follow-up coaching to employees as needed
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and work order requests within assigned areas
- Release inspected guest rooms for occupancy in a timely manner
- Monitor House Attendant performance and ensure guest floor supplies, linen closets, elevators, stairwells, and corridors are properly maintained and stocked
- Support operational needs during high business volume and assist in other housekeeping functions when necessary
- Maintain compliance with Four Seasons Standards of Conduct, Work Rules, and departmental policies and procedures
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, leaders, and guests
