The Relief Driver position at Baker Commodities plays a crucial role in the safe and timely operation of commercial vehicles and equipment used to collect, transport, and deliver the company’s products. This role involves working variable shifts and days, requiring flexibility and reliability. Specifically, the Relief Driver will primarily be responsible for trap and interceptor pumping services, which involve safely removing and disposing of trap grease and wastewater from restaurant interceptor systems in compliance with all local ordinances and environmental regulations.
