Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- two to three years of experience cooking in a long-term health care setting
- valid food handlers certificate
- ability to work from 5:45 am to 2:15 pm
- reliable transportation or plans to relocate before starting work
- ability to work in person at Clifton campus
Job Qualifications

- food handlers certificate
- certified dietary manager (CDM) certification, preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and cook all food items according to recipes and production sheets
- complete daily prep work and prepare items needed for the following day
- take and record food temperatures accurately
- manage time effectively to ensure meals are ready and served on schedule
- clean and sanitize all work areas
- stock and maintain kitchenettes on resident units
- serve meals according to each resident's diet plan
- buss and reset the dining room promptly
- assist with dishwashing and general cleaning tasks
- perform daily sanitation duties throughout the kitchen and service areas
