The Relationship Banker role at LCNB National Bank is an essential position within the Branch Operations department. Reporting directly to the Branch Officer, this role centers on providing superior customer service while supporting the bank’s operational functions efficiently. Relationship Bankers act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the main branch, assisting them with a variety of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments. These bankers uphold the confidentiality of customer information, maintain and balance cash drawers, and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and policies. A key responsibility includes actively promoting and advising customers on the bank’s suite of products and services, thereby helping them achieve their financial goals. The Relationship Banker identifies opportunities for referrals to other banking services, working closely with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
