LCNB National Bank’s branch operations team is dedicated to delivering quality service and fostering meaningful relationships with customers, backed by a culture of professionalism and integrity. The bank operates Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 5:15 pm and on Saturdays from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm, offering convenient access to its customers. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position ensures that the bank maintains high standards of accuracy and compliance in daily operations.

The Relationship Banker role at LCNB National Bank is an essential position within the Branch Operations department. Reporting directly to the Branch Officer, this role centers on providing superior customer service while supporting the bank’s operational functions efficiently. Relationship Bankers act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the main branch, assisting them with a variety of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments. These bankers uphold the confidentiality of customer information, maintain and balance cash drawers, and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and policies. A key responsibility includes actively promoting and advising customers on the bank’s suite of products and services, thereby helping them achieve their financial goals. The Relationship Banker identifies opportunities for referrals to other banking services, working closely with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Additionally, the Relationship Banker is expected to handle routine branch duties, answer customer inquiries accurately, and comply with all banking regulations and policies. Job Duties

  • Maintaining and balancing cash drawer
  • Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
  • Promote and advise on the bank's products and services
  • Keep customers’ personal information confidential
  • Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals
  • Communicate with other team members and other areas of the bank
  • Assist with the daily operations of the branch
  • Answer customer calls and enter information accurately and efficiently into database
  • Comprehend, retain and apply information as necessary to perform duties and responsibilities effectively
  • Additional duties as assigned
