Job Description

The company's core mission is to make life better for its customers and communities by providing accessible, reliable, and tailored financial guidance and services. With a strong emphasis on integrity, quality, and performance, Regions is dedicated to building long-term career opportunities for its associates rather than just providing jobs. The organization values individuals who are results-driven, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth.

The Relationship Banker II role at Regions is an exciting opportunity for individuals with retail or sales experience who are eager to launch a career within the banking sector. This full-time position is designed for candidates who are motivated to meet and exceed branch goals by proactively identifying customers' financial needs and offering tailored products and services to help customers achieve their financial objectives. The role involves building lasting relationships with clients by delivering a consistent, optimal customer experience and resolving issues efficiently.

This position also offers opportunities for advancement, development, and upward mobility within the company, supported by Regions' commitment to employee growth and internal promotion. The role includes incentive pay plans and commission incentives based on performance metrics. Candidates will engage with a diverse clientele, assist customers in adopting emerging technologies such as mobile and online banking platforms, and contribute to the overall success of the branch by maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Regions fosters an inclusive work environment and encourages bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in English and Spanish, to apply. The position is located in Miami, Florida, specifically at the Fountainbleau branch, and requires occasional Saturday availability. Compensation is competitive with a minimum base salary starting at $48,426.21 USD and a median of $57,918 USD, with additional earning potential through incentive plans.
