The Relationship Banker position at LCNB National Bank is an exciting full-time hourly, non-exempt role based in the Dent branch located at 6581 Harrison Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio. Reporting to Andrew Jack, Branch Officer, this role is designed for an individual who thrives in a customer-service-oriented environment. The Relationship Banker is a vital member of the Branch Operations team, responsible for delivering superior quality service to customers by efficiently processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments while also resolving any complaints or discrepancies related to customer accounts.

In this position, the Relationship Banker serves as the frontline representative of the bank, providing guidance and information about the bank’s products and services to assist customers in achieving their financial goals. This role includes maintaining and balancing cash drawers, ensuring adherence to all internal controls and bank policies, and protecting customers’ personal information with the highest level of confidentiality. The Relationship Banker identifies potential referral opportunities and makes appropriate recommendations, thus playing a key role in business development and customer retention.

The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., offering a stable, structured work environment. This position demands professionalism, solid computer skills, clear communication, accuracy in cash handling, and a customer-focused attitude. The Relationship Banker will collaborate closely with other team members and departments within the bank to facilitate smooth daily branch operations. Additionally, the role requires occasional physical activity such as moving coin bags weighing up to 50 pounds and traveling within a 30-mile radius, underscoring the job's dynamic nature.

LCNB National Bank seeks candidates who hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with customer service and cash handling experience preferred but not required. Job Duties

  • Maintaining and balancing cash drawer
  • Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
  • Promote and advise on the bank’s products and services
  • Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
  • Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals
  • Communicating with other team members and other areas of the bank
  • Assist with the daily operations of the branch
  • Answer customer calls and enter information accurately and efficiently into database
  • Comprehend, retain and apply information as necessary to perform duties and responsibilities effectively
