With a focus on fostering a sense of belonging and respect, Christian Living Communities offers a supportive workplace that values teamwork, professional growth, and the overall well-being of residents and staff alike. As a company, they emphasize compliance with health regulations while nurturing a culture of empathy and excellence across all care settings. Located in Castle Rock, CO, this healthcare provider is consistently recognized for its exemplary service and dedication to enhancing the lives of seniors through innovative care practices and effective community partnerships.

The Registered Nurse Manager role at Christian Living Communities is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations within a designated nursing neighborhood or unit. This full-time position, offering a competitive salary range between $100,000 and $106,000 annually, demands a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and fostering team development. The RN Manager ensures compliance with regulatory standards such as PPS, MDS, and OBRA, while also supporting an environment that prioritizes resident safety, comfort, and dignity.

In this role, the nurse manager acts as both a clinical expert and a team mentor, guiding nursing staff including CNAs, LPNs, and fellow RNs. They conduct daily rounds to monitor resident conditions, facilitate individualized care planning in partnership with interdisciplinary teams, and lead care conferences involving residents and their families. The position requires sharp clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to handle emergencies and changing resident conditions with calm and competence. Additionally, the RN Manager assists in hiring, onboarding, and fostering the professional growth of the nursing team by promoting accountability and engagement.

Beyond direct clinical oversight, the nurse manager plays a crucial role in auditing clinical documentation and nursing practices for accuracy, ensuring adherence to both company and regulatory standards. Collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives are essential aspects of the role, as the RN Manager evaluates and implements tools and processes that enhance the quality of resident care.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced registered nurses who thrive in dynamic healthcare environments and who possess a blend of leadership, clinical expertise, and compassionate service. Christian Living Communities offers a work environment where leadership is exercised with purpose, supporting staff development while ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. The role emphasizes the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and a proactive approach to nursing management, making it a fulfilling career choice for nurses seeking to make a meaningful impact within a respected senior care organization.
