With a focus on creating warm, welcoming environments for residents, families, and team members, they emphasize a culture of belonging, respect, and professional growth. Their commitment to excellence is seen not only in the range of services they offer but also in their dedication to supporting the well-being of both residents and staff. This company stands out as a leader in the senior living community, offering opportunities for career advancement and personal development within a vibrant, supportive workplace.
The position of Registered Nurse (RN) Manager at Christian Living Communities encompasses a pivotal leadership role within one of their nursing units. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $100,000 to $106,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role. As an RN Manager, you will oversee the clinical and operational functions of your designated neighborhood or unit. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of resident care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a positive environment for both residents and staff. This role requires balancing direct clinical oversight with administrative duties, coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive outstanding health outcomes.
In this role, you will provide leadership over daily nursing operations, conduct thorough resident condition monitoring, and facilitate timely clinical interventions. Your responsibilities include pre-admission assessments, individualized care planning, and active involvement in care conferences to ensure residents and their families remain well-informed. You will also be instrumental in maintaining adherence to key regulatory standards such as PPS, MDS, and OBRA while auditing clinical documentation and nursing practices for accuracy. As a trusted resource, you will support staff during clinical emergencies and contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of care tools and processes.
Moreover, your partnership with the Director of Nursing will be essential in staff recruitment, onboarding, ongoing development, and cultivating a culture of accountability and professional growth through effective coaching and mentorship. The RN Manager role is not only about administrative oversight but also about fostering teamwork, engagement, and a positive working atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to influence the quality of care delivered and the professional satisfaction of the nursing team.
Ideal candidates are confident nurse leaders who remain calm under pressure, possess sharp clinical judgment, and prioritize both compliance and compassionate care. Organizational skills, adaptability, and communication excellence are critical to success in this dynamic environment. The role also involves participating in an on-call rotation as needed, reflecting the commitment to continuous support for residents and staff. Joining Christian Living Communities means being part of a mission-driven organization that values your clinical expertise, leadership capability, and heart for service with a comprehensive benefits package supporting your health and well-being.
