The Registered Nurse Manager position at Christian Living Communities is a pivotal leadership role within their skilled nursing facility. This role involves overseeing the daily clinical operations of a dedicated nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs and preferences. The RN Manager serves as a clinical leader and mentor, responsible for guiding and developing nursing staff including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. This position demands a balance of strong clinical judgment, regulatory compliance expertise, and compassionate leadership to maintain a supportive environment for both residents and team members. The RN Manager is also integral in staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development efforts in partnership with the Director of Nursing.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives while advancing one’s leadership career in a supportive, values-driven organization. Christian Living Communities also offers comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, retirement plans with matching, and paid time off, contributing to a positive and sustainable work environment for their employees.
