Job Description
Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is a renowned provider of senior living and rehabilitative care services with a strong commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, team members, and families alike. Emphasizing community belonging and comprehensive care, this organization blends clinical excellence with compassionate support tailored to each resident's unique needs. With a growing footprint in Denver, CO, and beyond, the company prioritizes professional development, collaborative teamwork, and outstanding outcomes through its dedicated nursing leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
This Registered Nurse Manager position—also known as Registered Nurse II Neighborhood/Unit Manager—is a critical leadership role within one of our senior nursing units. As the nursing unit leader, you will oversee the daily clinical operations ensuring that all residents receive exceptional, individualized care aligned with regulatory standards and company policies. You will be responsible for coordinating nursing services, conducting rigorous clinical assessments, and mentoring nursing staff including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to foster a culture of clinical excellence and accountability.
Your role will focus on balancing direct clinical oversight with strategic leadership duties, such as leading care planning conferences and ensuring compliance with important healthcare regulations like PPS, MDS, and OBRA. You will also play a pivotal role in quality assurance by auditing clinical documentation, monitoring resident conditions, and responding swiftly to clinical emergencies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential as you engage with residents, families, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.
As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will also partner closely with the Director of Nursing to support workforce management functions including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. Your leadership will enhance staff engagement and performance, thereby directly influencing the quality of care and well-being of the residents.
This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $106,000, reflecting the importance and complexity of the role. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate clinical proficiency alongside compassionate leadership, and have a passion for team development will find this role both fulfilling and impactful. The opportunity to be part of a team that values purpose-driven care and cultivates a positive work culture sets this role apart from typical nursing leadership positions.
If you are an experienced RN with a solid background in skilled nursing facilities, supervisory experience, and a commitment to excellence, this role invites you to elevate your career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and the broader community. Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions also offers a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance, reflecting their commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction.
