Christian Living Communities values not only clinical excellence but also a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous development, which ensures that both residents and staff thrive within their care settings.

The Registered Nurse Manager position at Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is a pivotal role designed for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care and team development. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $106,000 annually. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily clinical operations of a designated nursing neighborhood or unit with confidence, compassion, and skill. This includes coordinating nursing services based on individualized resident needs, ensuring regulatory compliance with standards such as PPS, MDS, and OBRA, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

The Registered Nurse Manager conducts daily rounds to evaluate resident conditions, identifies any changes in health status for timely intervention, and completes necessary pre-admission assessments to facilitate appropriate care placement. Moreover, they play an integral role in partnering with the Director of Nursing to recruit, onboard, and develop nursing staff including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. The role demands high organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent communication to promote a culture of accountability and professional growth within the nursing team.

Ideal candidates will be experienced registered nurses familiar with skilled nursing facility environments and possess strong clinical judgment alongside leadership capabilities. The position offers meaningful work—where clinical expertise meets compassionate leadership—to positively impact the lives of residents while supporting a cohesive and engaged care team. By joining Christian Living Communities, RN Managers become part of an organization that prioritizes not only superior care delivery but also staff wellbeing through comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.
