As a Rehab Tech - Aide, you will work under the direction of the Practice Manager to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of housekeeping tasks geared towards creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff alike. This includes general cleaning duties such as linen delivery and removal, trash management, furniture movement, and deep cleaning of facilities. The position requires strict adherence to infection control standards and the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as per policy. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to maintaining inventory and equipment functionality, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

This position is well-suited for individuals who are safety minded, detail oriented, and adaptable, with some experience in maintenance or cleaning preferred, along with a background in healthcare environments. The physical demands include light lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods, typically throughout shift lengths of up to 9.5 hours.
