Job Requirements

  • a college degree
  • previous experience in registration management or event planning
  • proficiency with registration and event management software
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • willingness to travel up to 50 percent

  • familiarity with web development technologies and creative design
  • knowledge of hotel room block management

Job Duties

  • manage attendee registration processes with precision and a friendly touch
  • build engaging registration websites and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • collaborate with clients to tailor reporting and meet their unique event goals
  • maintain accurate room blocks and effectively communicate with hotels
  • keep things organized while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • ensure compliance with event policies and industry standards
  • provide excellent customer service and support throughout the registration process
