The Castle Group is currently seeking a Registration/Event Specialist to join their passionate team of event professionals. This role is vital in managing key registration and attendee-management workstreams, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial invitation to post-event reporting. The specialist will take ownership of building and managing registration sites and communications, maintaining accurate attendee data, and supporting travel and housing logistics. Additionally, this role involves managing event applications and serving as a primary contact for attendees, speakers, and sponsors before and during events.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in event planning, communications, business, or a related field
- 1-4 years of professional experience
- event registration, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Experience with or ability to quickly learn event registration platforms and related tools

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event planning, communications, business, or related field

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data imports/exports, and reporting
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn event registration platforms such as Cvent, Eventbrite, and event application platforms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and friendly customer service demeanor
- Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as required
Job Duties
- Build, test, and launch registration websites and forms using online tools
- Update and manage online event platforms and applications
- Maintain accurate attendee data and registration reports
- Produce client-facing registration dashboards and reports
- Serve as attendee, speaker, sponsor, and exhibitor concierge
- Create and distribute registration communications
- Manage housing workflows and support communications with hotel partners
- Support travel and transportation booking processes
- Prepare registration materials and provide on-site support
- Participate in internal planning meetings and client calls
- Support event coordination including collateral development and site selection
- Provide logistical and on-site support for various events
- Participate in professional development activities
