The Travel Department supports a wide range of activities including event registration, on-site coordination, and data accuracy to ensure seamless event experiences.
The position of Registration Coordinator within Captive Resources is a vital role that involves a thorough understanding of event registration functions and strong organizational skills. This role is responsible for creating and managing all event registrations in a timely and highly accurate manner, ensuring that every detail is meticulously recorded and verified. The Registration Coordinator directly supports members and brokers by addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information regarding registration and events. Additionally, this role provides essential support to on-site Captive Resources Inc. (CRI) activities, reinforcing its importance in the overall event execution process. The ideal candidate for this position is dynamic, responsive, self-directed, and possesses a positive attitude. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least one year of experience in a related field
- Cvent experience required with focus on Event Registration, Attendee Hub and OnArrival preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create and review event registrations ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload
- Strong independent problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage all registration builds in Cvent ensuring that templates are updated with appropriate information, details are updated and accurate, and all reviews are completed in a timely manner
- Review and test registrations created by other parties to ensure that the information required is accurate and complete and that all details have been correctly updated
- Work with various departments to obtain required information for building, sending and updating registrations
- Manage requests for access to registrations
- Address follow-up inquiries
- Manage access to reporting for all applicable and internal and external parties
- Manage and review all Cvent application builds
- Assist with on-site registration for activities held at Captive Resources headquarters
- Available to assist and troubleshoot with registration and applications as needed
- Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein but which are logically and properly inherent to the position
- Assist Meeting Planner with any registration and reporting needs as they arise
- Manage Board Meeting registration submissions
- Manage inventory such as badges, lanyards, on-arrival printers, etc.
- General Meeting support as needed
