We offer competitive compensation ranging from $21.00 to $31.00 per hour based on skill set, experience, and licensure status, including credentials such as RVT and Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS). Successful candidates will be trained through a comprehensive mentorship program to ensure readiness and confidence in independent practice. Candidates should have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and preferably 3-4 years of emergency experience. The position demands self-motivation, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The role encompasses procedural anesthesia monitoring, full technician skill utilization, collecting patient histories, thorough physical examinations, venipuncture and IV catheter placements, and hands-free radiology prioritizing associate safety. The Emergency Technician will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary hospital teams to deliver compassionate care and uphold the hospital's commitment to extraordinary veterinary services. This position also supports technicians interested in obtaining specialist credentials and offers financial assistance towards continuing education, licensure, and specialty certification. Our team benefits from a robust total rewards package including leadership opportunities, free professional memberships, paid parental leave, wellness subscriptions, and more. We prioritize both professional and personal growth in a culture that values respect, adaptability, and teamwork.
