They also ensure compliance with ethical and legal nursing standards while fostering an environment of continuous improvement through performance evaluation and feedback. Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to problem-solve complex patient and unit challenges innovatively.

The ideal candidate for the House Supervisor role at Bon Secours will bring a minimum of two years of nursing experience, including preferred clinical and leadership experience, and hold valid nursing licensure. The role offers a compensation range starting at $43.49 per hour and going up to $69.58 per hour, reflecting the level of expertise and responsibility required. Bon Secours supports its associates with comprehensive benefits designed to promote personal and professional growth, including competitive pay, medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Joining Bon Secours as a House Supervisor means becoming part of a mission that matters, where your work directly impacts the lives of patients and the community.
