The Registered Nurse (RN) role within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at The Woman's Hospital is a highly specialized and impactful position focused on delivering high-quality care to the most vulnerable patients—the newborns requiring intensive medical attention. This full-time nursing role requires a compassionate professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, specialized clinical setting. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. They must have at least less than one year of applicable experience but be licensed to practice as a registered professional nurse within their state or hold an active compact license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory, with Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 60 days of hire.
