We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager specializing in the Operating Room to join our dedicated team. This full-time, ongoing staff position offers a competitive salary range from $93,745.60 to $134,076.80 per year, with eligibility for a $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. The role is incentive eligible, reflecting the value we place on performance and dedication.

As the Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and management over operating room nurses, surgical technicians, and central sterile processing staff. Your leadership will be integral in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, patient-centered care within the surgical areas. This key position involves supervising daily operations to maintain compliance with clinical practice standards and organizational policies while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

In this role, your responsibilities will include managing and supervising all surgical areas, maintaining effective working relationships with administrative leadership, and ensuring adequate staffing and resource availability. You will also be expected to facilitate smooth transitions between surgical procedures, monitor nursing care quality, and offer coaching and mentorship to your clinical team. Your leadership skills will be crucial in building trust, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates for this role must hold an active RN license, valid BCLS certification (online certification is not acceptable), and comply with additional facility-required certifications such as ACLS and PALS. CNOR certification is preferred, supporting your ability to lead in this specialized surgical environment.
