Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from Colorado DORA or Multi State
- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Certificate in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in collaboration with management
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to foster an environment of teamwork and improved outcomes
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as necessary
- Operationalize nursing strategies including employee rounding and hourly rounds to improve engagement
- Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff and implement personnel actions including performance evaluations and disciplinary measures
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient needs and productivity guidelines
- Support proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment
