In the role of Nurse Manager of Critical Care ICU, you will be entrusted with the leadership and management of a critical care team delivering high-quality patient care across a 24-hour operation. This includes staffing management, workforce development, and ensuring alignment with both organizational goals and regulatory standards such as TJC, Medicare, and OSHA requirements. The role involves overseeing staffing allocations refined by patient acuity and census data, conducting personnel activities like interviewing, performance evaluations, training, and development, and motivating the team to achieve peak performance and meet productivity targets.

The Nurse Manager position focuses on fostering a high-functioning team environment through effective communication, leadership, and resource management.
