Job Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of RN and ambulatory experience preferred
- Willingness to work full-time Monday through Friday with half-day weekly
- Ability to work scheduled hours 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch, half day 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting
Job Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years' RN experience preferred, including ambulatory care
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Experience with patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
Job Duties
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards and policies
- Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to improve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead efforts to maintain the safest possible patient environment
- Support physicians in the delivery of personalized, high-touch ambulatory care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional governance activities
