Job Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- 2 years of RN and ambulatory experience preferred
- BSN preferred
Job Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
- Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years RN and ambulatory care experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures
- Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and compassionate communication
- Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and superior patient experience
- Partner with physicians to provide personalized, relationship-based care
- Support patient access to wellness resources as a premium perk
- Work autonomously in an ambulatory care setting with a focus on the patient experience
