Job Description

Brio Living Services is a respected senior living organization dedicated to celebrating and enriching the lives of seniors through compassionate care and a strong sense of community. With a broad spectrum of maintenance-free and amenity-rich senior living options, Brio Living Services supports residents across varying levels of care needs. Their continuum includes independent living, assisted living, skilled care, rehabilitation, and memory care, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support to meet their unique needs and preferences. The organization operates with a faith-based, non-profit approach that emphasizes vibrant aging and holistic wellness. Residents at Brio Living Services have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities, pursue personal interests, and build lasting relationships within a nurturing environment that fosters well-being and social connectedness.

Brio Living Services is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team on a part-time basis, working 12 to 24 hours per week, primarily covering night shifts from 6:00pm to 6:30am. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $39.48 to $46.91, which includes a special Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through rate approved through September 30, 2026. Additional shift premiums are offered for night and weekend hours, providing $2.00 extra per hour for night shifts and $0.50 extra per hour for weekend shifts.

The RN ensures a safe environment through strict adherence to infection control protocols and plays an important role in managing admissions and discharges.

This position requires a current RN license and CPR or BLS certification. Experience in geriatric care and skilled nursing settings is preferred. The role also involves physical demands such as lifting or moving objects up to 35 pounds. Brio Living Services fosters continuous learning and professional development by offering career growth opportunities, tuition assistance, and educational scholarships. Benefits extend to part-time team members, including vision coverage, mental health programs, legal plans, voluntary life insurance, and retirement savings with employer contributions. Additional perks include a wellness reimbursement program, daily pay options, generous paid time off inclusive of holidays, and referral bonuses.
