Job Requirements
- Current registered nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Previous experience working with elderly or geriatric care (preferred)
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 35 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Monitor vital signs and wound care
- Conduct health assessments and report changes
- Monitor and adjust care plans accordingly
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care with clinical teams
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and support staff
- Document resident care accurately and maintain medical records
- Manage admissions and discharges
- Ensure safety and infection control protocols are followed
- Engage in ongoing education and certification maintenance
