Job Requirements
- Academic degree in nursing
- Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO)
- Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level
- Maintain 24/7 responsibility of manager's assigned areas
- Ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
- Support competency development of clinical staff
- Manage resources related to patient care
- Advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
