We are currently seeking a seasoned nursing leader to join our team as a key executive support role to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This position demands a committed professional who will provide leadership and operational oversight for nursing and designated patient care functions within the hospital. The role involves 24/7 responsibility for the manager’s assigned areas, ensuring seamless patient care delivery and resource management. This position will be accountable for assisting with the assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practice on a unit level. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and comprehensive hospital operational expertise. Serving as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession, the role plays a critical part in maintaining the high quality and safety standards for nursing care while fostering clinical staff competency. This opportunity is suitable for registered nurses licensed to practice in their state of residence who have extensive experience in hospital management or full-time charge nurse roles. Job Requirements
- Academic degree in nursing
- Registered nurse license active and current in the state of residence
- Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in hospital environment as manager or full-time charge nurse
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to serve as role model and advocate for nursing profession

- Provide leadership and support to senior executive (CNO) responsible for nursing and patient care services
- Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level
- Assume 24/7 responsibility for manager's assigned areas
- Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Support competency development of clinical staff
- Manage resources related to patient care effectively
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
