Job Requirements
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
- minimum education academic degree in nursing
- minimum experience 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position
- preferred education bachelor's or master's degree

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
- assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice on a unit level
- assume 24/7 responsibility of manager's assigned areas
- ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
- maintain competency of clinical staff
- manage resources related to patient care
- serve as role model and advocate for the nursing profession
