Job Requirements
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence or practice
- Academic degree in nursing
- Minimum of 2 years progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse or related position
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support to the Chief Nursing Officer

- Ensure high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care delivery
- Oversee competency of clinical staff
- Manage resources related to patient care efficiently
- Serve as role model and advocate for nursing professionals
