The role of RN Manager or Full Time Days at Abrazo Health is pivotal to ensuring the smooth and effective operation of patient care departments. This position is best suited for RN professionals with a nursing degree from an accredited school or a bachelor's degree in nursing, preferably with a master’s degree, three years of clinical nursing experience, and two years of management or supervisory experience. Current RN licensure in the State of Arizona along with CPR certification is mandatory, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or specialized ICU certifications being preferred depending on the department.

Job Qualifications

  • Nursing degree from accredited nursing school or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

  • preferred certifications like CCRN, PCCN, CEN, CAPA, CPAN, CNOR, maternal/family health certification, RN-BC, CRRN

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of single or multiple nursing departments
