The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Henderson Hospital plays a vital role in providing safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and nursing philosophy. This full-time night shift position is critical for sustaining high-quality healthcare delivery during all hours and requires dedication to clinical excellence, patient advocacy, and teamwork.

The RN position requires a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with completion of specialty training or its equivalent being essential, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of acute care experience or have successfully completed an approved specialty course. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada is mandatory, alongside current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for adult patients, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification as required by the department. Experience as an RN graduate working under supervision is accepted, with the expectation that the candidate obtain an interim RN license granted by the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
