The available role is for a competent Nurse who will operate independently within this dynamic clinical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate acute awareness of all relevant clinical factors and is expected to provide both routine and complex nursing care. This role demands the ability to manage long-range patient care goals and to effectively cope with the contingencies encountered in clinical nursing. The Nurse will also play an integral role in clinical team management through appropriate delegation and assignment of tasks to other care providers, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care operations. This position requires a nurse who is fully capable of adhering to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and who can comprehensively apply the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care for assigned patients. The role also emphasizes addressing the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families in line with the nurse’s level of practice.
