With a focus on creating a workplace that fosters growth and advancement, it invites individuals who are passionate about making a difference to join their dedicated team and contribute to life-changing work every day.

The RN House Manager role at Elwyn represents a critical leadership position, specifically on the evening shift at one of the organization's 962 residential homes. The selected RN will be entrusted as the lead staff on the PM shift, coordinating and overseeing nursing care and residential compliance under the guidance of the Program Administrator. The RN House Manager also plays a key role in staff development by providing training on clinical healthcare aspects and supervising care teams effectively. This role requires someone who is highly skilled, compassionate, and driven by a commitment to quality care and ethical standards.

Emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and leadership in a residential setting, the ideal candidate will have clinical expertise, supervisory experience, and the ability to maintain detailed documentation and communication protocols. Elwyn offers an enriching work environment where the RN House Manager can not only impact lives daily but also grow in their career with flexible schedules, paid training, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. This full-time role pays approximately $48 to $49 per hour, rewarding the expertise and dedication that this vital nursing leadership role demands.
