Job Description
Everlong is a forward-thinking healthcare company dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable career opportunities for Registered Dietitians (RDNs). Unlike many platforms where dietitians face unstable caseloads and unpredictable income, Everlong offers a full-time, structured role designed to deliver professional stability and growth. The company operates remotely, with a supportive culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous training, and shared learning. Everlong's unique model guarantees dietitians a stable caseload averaging 32 paid sessions per week, protecting income by overbooking to compensate for no-shows and late cancellations. Payment is session-based, allowing high performers to earn more as they exceed the average sessions, supplemented by paid meeting and training time. This sustainable approach ensures dietitians can focus on providing quality care without the financial volatility common in gig platform models.
The role at Everlong is for a dedicated Registered Dietitian with expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and a strong focus on behavior change counseling. As a full-time remote position, based in California, the dietitian will manage a full caseload of 32 patient sessions weekly, helping adult patients with a wide variety of MNT conditions such as weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular issues, gut health, metabolic disorders, and women's health. The position emphasizes helping patients make long-term, sustainable changes by addressing the underlying emotional, psychological, and behavioral factors influencing their eating habits, rather than focusing solely on dietary prescriptions.
In this clinical role, dietitians will provide structured, evidence-based counseling using motivational interviewing, goal-setting, and other advanced behavior change strategies to help patients develop practical habits tailored to their lifestyles. Everlong fosters a culture of teamwork where individual caseload management is supported by collaborative case discussions, shared learning opportunities, and continual refinement of counseling approaches. The company invests in ongoing training embedded within the work, aimed at enhancing clinical skills, communication, and patient accountability.
Dietitians working with Everlong encounter patients who juggle demanding careers, family responsibilities, and personal health goals. This makes the ability to build trust and accountability while maintaining engagement throughout long-term care essential. The environment is fast-paced but also supportive and growth-oriented, with clear expectations, structured feedback, and a commitment to helping patients achieve meaningful health outcomes.
Everlong’s team culture values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. During patient sessions, RDNs are expected to conduct thorough assessments, create personalized care plans, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and communicate efficiently with both patients and colleagues. The remote work format requires strong organizational skills and self-motivation while participating actively in team meetings and case reviews to ensure a consistent, high-quality standard of care.
The compensation for this role is between $84,500 to $92,950 annually, reflecting a full-time commitment with 32 paid sessions per week. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance options—medical, dental, and vision—along with 4 weeks of paid time off, 401K retirement plans, reimbursement for CDR/licensing fees and continuing education units, a referral incentive program, and structured weekly team training sessions. This position is classified as a W2 employee status, providing stability and career growth opportunities in a remote work environment.
Overall, Everlong provides dietitians a unique professional opportunity to build a stable career focused on evidence-based clinical nutrition and sustained patient impact in a collaborative, growth-focused remote setting.
