Job Description
Everlong is a pioneering healthcare company dedicated to transforming the landscape of nutritional care through a stable and supportive employment model for Registered Dietitians. Unlike many platforms where income fluctuates unpredictably based on patient bookings, Everlong offers a unique full-time position that guarantees a consistent caseload and predictable income stream. With a strong focus on Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence-based behavior change counseling, Everlong empowers dietitians to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of their patients.
Established as a fully remote company, Everlong prioritizes structured, high-quality patient care combined with an enriching, collaborative work environment. By meticulously tracking each dietitian's caseload, overbooking schedules to protect against patient reschedules, and compensating for no-shows and late cancellations at the full session rate, Everlong ensures that dietitians maintain a stable livelihood. This role offers a compensation model based on session rates, allowing dietitians to earn more when exceeding their baseline of 32 paid sessions per week. The salary range reflects this full-time commitment, along with paid meeting and training time, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking both financial stability and career growth in nutrition therapy.
This role is specifically designed for Registered Dietitians residing in Texas, who bring at least two years of direct, patient-facing counseling experience in settings such as private practice or healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing a broad spectrum of MNT conditions, including weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gut health, metabolic disorders, and women's health. Beyond physical nutrition issues, Everlong emphasizes supporting patients who face emotional and psychological challenges with food, such as chronic dieting and emotional eating, focusing on sustainable, long-term behavior change.
As a fully remote, full-time position operating 8 am to 5 pm local time, the role includes a gradual ramp-up period of 2 to 4 weeks to build to a full caseload of 32 patient sessions weekly. The primary responsibility centers on delivering structured, empathetic, and outcomes-focused nutrition counseling that integrates motivational interviewing, goal-setting, and accountability frameworks. This position is highly relational and clinical, requiring dietitians to build strong therapeutic alliances with motivated patients managing complex lives - balancing careers, family, and health goals. Supporting patients in translating insights into practical and sustainable actions aligns with Everlong's philosophy of behavior-change care.
The Everlong work culture is built around collaboration, continuous learning, and clear professional growth. Dietitians work within a team-oriented environment where case discussions and peer learning reinforce best practices in behavior change counseling. Training is embedded in the role, emphasizing development in clinical skills, motivational interviewing, and long-term care planning. Far from isolated work, dietitians are actively engaged in refining approaches and sharing knowledge, fostering a fast-paced, accountable, yet supportive workplace culture.
Overall, this position is ideal for confident, results-driven Registered Dietitians who thrive on making deep, lasting impacts through personalized, behavior-focused care. Candidates should be adept at managing complex patient needs with a pragmatic, direct style while maintaining a compassionate, motivating approach that fosters long-term patient engagement. By joining Everlong, dietitians become part of an innovative, structured clinical environment dedicated to transforming nutritional health care and professional practice.
