The position of Registered Dietitian at Banner Health is a full-time role designed to manage complex caseloads by providing comprehensive nutritional assessments, including nutrition-focused physical exams, and delivering patient-centered nutrition care plans. This role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary health care team to influence patient care policies, programs, and quality improvement initiatives. Employees in this role engage in patient and family nutrition counseling and education while developing nutrition standards of practice and educational materials. The Registered Dietitian is tasked with initiating and managing nutrition care, including enteral and parenteral nutrition protocols, ensuring compliance with state regulations and evidence-based practice guidelines.
