Job Description

Mindcolor Autism is a dedicated organization founded in 2019 with the mission to provide compassionate and individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families impacted by autism. The company has rapidly established itself as a leader in the behavioral health field, centered on four foundational principles: client-centric service, a best-in-class team, a culture of excellence, and tireless advocacy. Mindcolor Autism emphasizes quality over quantity, measuring success through the positive outcomes of the families, children, and teams it serves. This commitment to excellence has earned Mindcolor Autism recognition as a Glassdoor Top Workplace in 2025, showcasing an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and challenged to grow.

The organization operates as a specialized healthcare provider focused on serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through the delivery of evidence-based ABA therapy. The team is driven by empathy and professionalism to create meaningful impacts in the lives of their clients. Collaboration with caregivers is a core aspect of their approach, ensuring that treatment plans are holistic, inclusive, and goal-oriented toward improving the quality of life for each child.

The role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mindcolor Autism is critical and central to the company’s mission. RBTs are frontline clinical professionals who deliver 1:1 ABA treatment under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They utilize scientifically proven ABA strategies to teach a wide range of skills, including functional communication, social interactions, and coping mechanisms. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with children and make a tangible difference in their developmental progress. The role demands a compassionate, organized, and professional individual who is committed to continuous learning and upholding the highest standards of client care.

Working as an RBT with Mindcolor Autism offers not only a rewarding career but also access to a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Employees benefit from a comprehensive perks package including biannual performance reviews and raises, career advancement opportunities such as becoming a Peer Mentor, and participation in the Student Analyst Program for those pursuing BCBA certification. The company also emphasizes work-life balance by offering paid administrative time, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and self-care days.

Additionally, professional development is strongly encouraged and supported, with covered training costs, exam fees, and recertification expenses. The company fosters a culture that celebrates achievements, offers rewards through incentive programs, and promotes team bonding via outings and events. Financial wellness is supported through a 401(k) plan with company match after just 90 days of employment. Mindcolor Autism is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering workplace where every team member has a voice and the opportunity to contribute to the greater mission of improving lives through ABA therapy.
