The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Grounded Restorative Academic Counseling Environment (GRACE) School, under ACOE, offers a unique and impactful role working directly with secondary students who have significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. GRACE School is a therapeutic, trauma-responsive educational environment where compassionate, interdisciplinary teamwork is key. As an RBT, you will work closely with educators, mental health professionals, and families to implement individualized behavioral supports designed to foster skill acquisition, confidence, and resilience in students. This is a highly interactive role requiring collaboration to support a holistic approach to student success both inside and outside the classroom.

This role is an 11-month, 195-day position based at the new GRACE School location in Oakland, California. Reporting directly to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an administrator, you will assist in the delivery and implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions. Your contributions involve hands-on intervention, data collection, skill-building activities, crisis intervention, and supporting staff development in behavioral strategies.
