Job Description

Mindcolor Autism is a dedicated provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, founded in 2019 with a clear mission to support families affected by autism. Committed to a client-centric approach, Mindcolor Autism places the needs and success of its clients at the forefront of its services. The organization operates with four core principles: client-centric service, a best-in-class team, a culture of excellence, and tireless advocacy. These guiding values ensure that each family, child, and staff member experiences quality interactions and outcomes. Mindcolor Autism’s specialized focus on individualized ABA therapy allows them to tailor treatment plans that foster meaningful progress and development for every child they serve. The company prides itself on quality rather than quantity, measuring success through the achievements of their clients and the professional growth of their team members.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mindcolor Autism, you are an essential clinical team member providing one-on-one ABA treatment under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position is vital to helping children build functional communication skills, social skills, coping strategies, and other important behavioral skills. A Registered Behavior Technician at Mindcolor plays an active role in executing individualized treatment plans with compassion, professionalism, and reliability. The role involves approximately 80% direct client engagement and 20% documentation and session preparation to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Mindcolor Autism encourages a supportive and collaborative work environment where RBTs receive structured feedback, regular training, and opportunities for career advancement. Employees benefit from a comprehensive rewards program, performance-based raises, access to a Student Analyst program for BCBA candidates, and ongoing professional development including paid training, exam fee reimbursements, and recertification support. The organization also values work-life balance by offering paid time off, holidays, self-care days, and wellness reimbursements.

The role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork to support each client’s progress while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment. Responsibilities include data collection with accuracy to inform treatment decisions, behavior management using evidence-based practices, and active collaboration with caregivers and colleagues. Mindcolor Autism prioritizes the dignity and safety of clients while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compassion.

Working at Mindcolor Autism means becoming part of a dynamic team that celebrates successes and milestones together through team outings, recognition programs, and opportunities for feedback. The organization also provides competitive benefits such as a 401(k) plan with company match, recognition and rewards, and exclusive discounts via the Working Advantage program. Mindcolor Autism is an ideal workplace for compassionate, dedicated individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact on children’s lives through applied behavior analysis.
