Job Description

Fisher Investments is a privately held, multi-billion-dollar global investment firm known for its commitment to putting clients first and transforming the investment universe. Established with a dedication to delivering outstanding wealth management solutions, Fisher Investments caters primarily to high-net-worth individuals, offering personalized financial guidance and investment strategies. With an emphasis on an inclusive culture and a strong learning and development framework, the firm supports its employees' growth while maintaining a Great Place to Work Certification. The company stands out for its exceptional benefits and a supportive work environment that empowers financial professionals to thrive and achieve impressive career success. Fisher Investments operates globally and currently offers an exciting opportunity for seasoned financial professionals to join their dynamic sales team as a Regional Vice President of Sales in the Great Lakes Region, covering Wisconsin and Michigan.

The role of Regional Vice President of Sales at Fisher Investments is a unique and rewarding position designed for financial experts focused entirely on sales without the typical cold calling pressure. The candidate will have the advantage of receiving a consistent flow of qualified leads, enabling them to concentrate fully on nurturing prospective relationships and closing sales. This position combines remote work with local territory engagement, where meetings with prospects happen face-to-face or virtually within a driving distance range. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Regional Vice President will benefit from robust support, including resources from sales support, client services, marketing, and research teams, ensuring a well-rounded and collaborative work experience.

The primary responsibility for this role involves presenting Fisher Investment's comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects, converting them into clients by emphasizing the unique Fisher difference. The successful candidate will engage deeply with prospects to evaluate their financial situations and tailor appropriate investment strategies accordingly. Ongoing professional development features prominently in this position, with access to advanced training in phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management. Compensation for this role starts with a base salary beginning at $175,000 and transitions to a fully commissioned structure by the third year, offering uncapped earning potential. Monthly commissions are based on a percentage of the estimated first year’s management fees, providing substantial financial incentives aligned with individual performance.

Fisher Investments is dedicated not only to excellence in investment services but also to fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace where employees can grow their careers and life quality. The firm’s supportive benefits package includes fully paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and qualifying dependents, a 50% 401(k) match up to the IRS maximum, and family support programs such as paid primary caregiver leave, fertility and family-forming assistance, and backup care for children, adults, and elders. This comprehensive approach to employee wellness and family support underscores Fisher Investments’ commitment to its people and their long-term success.
