The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee a diverse and growing collection of luxury hospitality assets, ensuring that each property maintains the highest standards of quality and service excellence. The role entails strategic leadership across multiple disciplines, including hotel operations, food and beverage management, guest experience enhancement, and financial oversight. This executive will work closely with ownership groups and senior executive teams to implement growth strategies, manage acquisitions, and lead new development projects that align with the company’s long-term vision. An integral part of this position is mentoring and developing regional leadership teams to cultivate strong, capable managers who can uphold and advance the brand’s reputation in competitive markets. The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to build rapport and work collaboratively across a diverse workforce and a variety of stakeholders throughout the region.

This role offers an attractive compensation package including a salary ranging from $225,000 to $250,000, complemented by performance bonuses, paid time off, retirement benefits through a 401(k) plan, a signing bonus, comprehensive employee benefits, and relocation assistance. The position requires willingness and flexibility to travel widely within the region to support operational initiatives and portfolio growth. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort operations
  • demonstrated success managing multiple properties
  • fluent in Spanish
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to travel frequently within the region
  • strong analytical and financial management capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Senior hospitality executive experience as a Regional Vice President, Regional Director, Managing Director, or Corporate Operations leader
  • proven track record overseeing multiple luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality assets
  • strong expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage, financial performance, and team leadership
  • fluent in Spanish
  • ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
