We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and innovative Regional Vice President of Culinary to lead and oversee all food service operations within a dedicated region. This high-impact leadership role will require managing large-scale culinary operations across multiple event types, including but not limited to golf tournaments, boat shows, collegiate stadiums, concerts, and racetracks. The position is primarily based in Atlanta, with preferred candidates residing locally, although this is not a strict requirement.

The Regional Vice President of Culinary will act as a pivotal figure in driving the company’s growth and operational success through collaboration with senior leadership and internal teams. Responsibilities include inspiring culinary teams, standardizing and innovating menu offerings to reflect current food trends, tailoring menus for specific events, and ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations. This leader will conduct regular audits, promote a culture of continuous safety improvement, and implement corrective measures where needed. Furthermore, the role requires managing culinary budgets with a focus on cost reduction, revenue growth, and overall profitability, as well as providing support at key events throughout the year.

This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary range between $135,000 and $145,000 annually, with potential for a percentage-based yearly bonus. Proof of the Pudding also provides comprehensive benefit options to full-time eligible employees, including basic life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability coverage at no cost, and optional enrollment for various medical, dental, vision, and additional voluntary insurance plans. This role balances approximately 60% office-based work involving planning, communication, and event preparation with 40% event attendance, requiring travel and active management presence onsite.

This opportunity is ideal for a visionary culinary executive who thrives in fast-paced, demanding environments and possesses a strong ability to adapt and plan strategically. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional leadership, creativity, and communication skills, coupled with a commitment to fostering safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction at every level. Join Proof of the Pudding and contribute to a company dedicated to culinary innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of inclusion and diversity. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and committed to providing an inclusive workplace that respects and values diverse perspectives and experiences.
