The role of Regional Support Specialist (RSS) at Coldwell Banker is a vital, dynamic position that serves as the heartbeat of the branch offices. As an RSS, you will be directly engaged with agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and strategic operation of regional offices.

You will be stationed at one of the branch offices, working closely with the regional support team and brokerage leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied—from troubleshooting office systems and managing scheduling to supporting agents' marketing campaigns particularly via social media and proprietary tools. This diversity ensures that no two days are alike and provides an exciting opportunity to develop a broad skill set.

While you do not need to be a marketing expert, curiosity and resourcefulness are essential traits. The position involves extensive interaction with agents, helping facilitate onboarding processes, introducing company tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge, and fostering a friendly and inclusive office culture that aligns with the agent value proposition. You will also collaborate with operational teams to guide agents through transaction-related inquiries, making you an indispensable resource within the regional office framework.

Supporting branch leaders is another crucial facet of the RSS role. You will contribute to maintaining and enhancing office culture, organizing events, managing promotional activities, supporting sales meetings, and assisting in agent recruitment efforts. Your involvement extends to recognizing agent achievements through various reporting and social media initiatives and assisting the Branch Manager in business coaching and accountability.

Moreover, organizational duties such as greeting visitors, coordinating with facilities and IT teams, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring effective mail distribution will be part of your responsibilities. This role demands a balance of interpersonal finesse, technical savvy, and operational skill to maintain the highest standards of office functionality and agent support.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices, support agents with technology and operational questions, provide basic social media and marketing support, promote a friendly inclusive office culture, coordinate with operational teams on transaction-related inquiries, facilitate agent onboarding and training, support branch manager with events and office culture, assist in agent recruitment and recognition, collaborate on business plan development and accountability, greet and direct visitors, maintain office supplies and liaise with facilities and IT partners
