Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in a real estate office is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the use of social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in operating systems including PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
  • Ability to travel to additional offices in the region as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices
  • Support agents with technology, process, or operational questions
  • Provide basic social media and marketing support and manage office social media accounts
  • Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture
  • Coordinate with other operational teams for transaction-related questions
  • Facilitate agent onboarding including office orientation and training on company tools
  • Assist branch leaders with event planning, promotion, and recognition programs
