We are currently seeking a Regional Support Specialist (RSS) to become an integral part of our Coldwell Banker team. This full-time position offers a dynamic role where you will support agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives to ensure smooth and strategic operations across regional offices. As the heartbeat of the branch offices, the RSS works closely with both the regional support team and brokerage leadership, providing essential help in office management, agent support, and marketing execution. This role is perfect for an organized, tech-savvy individual who excels in a busy, collaborative environment and enjoys helping people. You do not need to be a marketing expert, but you should have a curiosity for learning and resourcefulness to support agents with varied needs.

On any given day, the Regional Support Specialist may troubleshoot office systems, assist with scheduling, or collaborate with agents to support their marketing efforts, particularly through social media and proprietary tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge. The role requires a proactive approach in driving office culture and promoting an inclusive atmosphere that aligns with Coldwell Banker’s agent value proposition. You will also be the point of coordination between multiple operational teams, ensuring that agents receive the necessary support for transaction-related questions or onboarding processes. Furthermore, you will assist branch leaders with event planning, recognition programs, and recruitment efforts, helping to facilitate a welcoming and productive office environment.

The position demands excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Office, and a willingness to adapt priorities as the needs of the office change. This role is also key in fostering community and culture within the branch, organizing events, promoting company initiatives like CB Cares, and ensuring that new agents are oriented and supported in their business growth. The Regional Support Specialist serves as an accountability partner to agents, supporting their business plan implementations and identifying opportunities for process improvements or product enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in a real estate office is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the use of social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in operating systems including PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
  • Ability to travel to additional offices in the region as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices
  • Support agents with technology, process, or operational questions
  • Provide basic social media and marketing support and manage office social media accounts
  • Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture
  • Coordinate with other operational teams for transaction-related questions
  • Facilitate agent onboarding including office orientation and training on company tools
  • Assist branch leaders with event planning, promotion, and recognition programs
