Job Description
This job opportunity is with a reputable company operating in the food service industry, specializing in franchise operations and regional business management. The company has built its reputation by adhering to a strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth. Their business model involves close collaboration with franchise partners to drive consistent brand performance across multiple locations. As a prominent player in the food and restaurant sector, the company focuses on quality control, innovative marketing strategies, and cultivating strong relationships with both franchisees and retail partners. The organization values leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to business challenges, creating a work environment that fosters professional development and success.
The role of Regional Supervisor is a full-time position that plays a crucial leadership role within the company’s regional operations framework. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Regional Supervisor is entrusted with overseeing the operational aspects across assigned locations within a multi-state territory that includes Utah, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas. Based ideally in Denver, Colorado, the role demands a high level of strategic coordination, sales driving ability, and operational oversight to ensure that company standards and customer service excellence are maintained consistently across all units. This position is integral in upholding the company’s philosophy, strategic initiatives, and brand culture while fostering productive relationships with franchisees and regional management.
The Regional Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to coordinate and promote the operational efficiency of all business units within their region. This involves implementing marketing and branding initiatives designed to increase per unit sales and profitability. Moreover, the role requires diligent monitoring of all aspects related to customer service, product quality, and adherence to sanitation and safety protocols such as HACCP. The individual in this position must work closely with store teams to control costs and maintain operational consistency, ensuring that high standards are met across every touchpoint.
In addition to operational duties, the Regional Supervisor focuses heavily on team leadership and development. This includes recruiting, training, motivating, and supervising company chefs and franchisees to maximize team morale and human resource effectiveness. An essential part of the role also involves developing strong partnerships with retail and food service organizations to secure the company’s market position as a preferred product supplier.
Regular visits to individual units are required to inspect operations and to interface directly with clients and customers to maintain satisfaction, resolve issues, and support retention efforts. The Regional Supervisor is expected to project consistent ownership, demonstrating commitment to customer service excellence at all customer interaction points.
This role demands a dynamic, creative problem solver with excellent organizational skills and the flexibility to travel frequently within the assigned territories. The company highly prefers candidates with sushi experience, highlighting its relevance to the brand’s product offerings. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills are crucial to effectively handle the diverse responsibilities associated with this position. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while being adaptable and innovative team players who can mentor and develop successful team members. Overall, this position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to drive regional success for a leading food service franchise company.
